Frequently asked questions
Why won't my printer connect to Wi-Fi?
Usually caused by a driver issue, a change to your network password, or an IP address conflict. We diagnose and resolve this on-site — it is almost always fixable within the same visit.
Can you set up a printer for multiple computers in my home or office?
Yes. We configure shared printing across all your devices including PCs, Macs, phones and tablets. We also set up scan-to-email and scan-to-folder where your printer supports it.
Why does my printer keep showing as offline?
This is almost always caused by your printer being assigned a different IP address after a router restart. We fix this by assigning your printer a static IP address so it stays connected permanently.
Can you set up wireless printing from my iPhone or Android phone?
Yes. Apple devices use AirPrint (built into iOS) and most modern printers support it. For Android, we configure the relevant printing app or Google Cloud Print alternative depending on your phone and printer.
Do you work with all printer brands?
Yes — HP, Canon, Epson, Brother, Samsung and all other major brands. If your printer has a Wi-Fi symbol on the box, we can get it connected.
